What are your shipping policies?

If your order is placed: (All times are Eastern/New York Time Zone)

     By noon will ship out the same day, Monday through Thursday and usually delivery within 1-2 business days.  Holidays may affect shipping schedules.

     After noon Monday through Wednesday will ship the following business day. Holidays may affect shipping schedules.

     After noon Thursday through Sunday will ship the following Monday or business day if there is a holiday. Holidays may affect shipping schedules.

We cannot ship to post office boxes and cannot accept a 3rd party shipping account number at this time.

We only ship to the lower 48 united states.  Sorry Alaska and Hawaii, but we are working on it.

What are your return policies?

All sales are final once shipped. 

If your ice cream doesn't arrive perfectly frozen, we'll reship the order at our cost.  All notices of product must be received by San Bernardo Ice Cream, in writing, the same day of delivery.  

Photographs of damaged products must be provided in order for a claim to be processed.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

An order confirmation will be sent to your email address after placing your order.  Please review this information as soon as possible to ensure all addresses and items are correct. If you need to make any changes to your order, email info@sbicecream.com or call 877-493-2633.  San Bernardo Ice Cream is not responsible if there is an error in your order and we are not notified before it ships.


Can I change my order once it has shipped?

Customers are responsible for checking that all shipping information is correct before submitting an order as well as in their order confirmation email. 

Once a package has been shipped, the address or items in the order cannot be altered.
